JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of TexasCoverage Litigation experience is preferred but not requiredExperience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL and property) is a plusExperience in both third-party or first-party claims is a plusSuperior analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsResponsibilities
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage mattersDraft coverage opinion lettersDraft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigationProvide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjectsCommunicate with clients and draft reports to clientsWhy Should You Apply?
