This position involves comprehensive account management, sales strategy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.Foster long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop targeted campaigns to attract new clients.Lead sales initiatives, providing guidance to the sales team and contributing to the overall sales strategy.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality products or services and maintaining a deep understanding of client expectations.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing accurate revenue forecasts.Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver a cohesive client experience.Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product and service improvements.Qualifications and Experience:Proven track record in sales and account management, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and client needs.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.The Senior Account Executive role within the Radford Structure is pivotal in driving the organization's success through effective account management, sales leadership, and strategic business development.
