Job DescriptionService & Support Division's (SSD) dynamic and high-achieving sales team has this exciting inside service sales opportunity on the Central Region team.As an Inside Sales Representative for the Aftermarket Service Sales Organization, your focus will be selling Agilent’s services portfolio to customers in the assigned territory, through outbound and inbound sales activities via telephone, email and other digital methods. In this role, you will focus on retaining and growing an existing base of customers. You will carry an individual quota and an overlay quota.As an integral member of a sales team, you will work together with the field staff focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers.Experience with aftermarket sales, excellent customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with Agilent service products are crucial for credibility working with customers in this role.Are you highly motivated, goal oriented and taking ownership of your responsibilities? Handle complex leads, qualify and nurture the leads to potential business opportunitiesUtilizes Automated Sales Tools such as SAP CRM, Qlik and SalesLoft to manage territoryWorks on inside sales assignments with broadly defined objectivesSolves non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of specializationWork in partnership with the Consultative Account Manager and other stakeholders to drive growth in the assigned territoryKey Skills Include:

Management of your own sales funnel/accountsRegular communication of deals, issues and opportunities with Sales ManagementTechnical knowledge and communication skills when engaging customersThe ability to work well within a teamDemonstrate flexibility to meet the needs and expectations of the team/businessQualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.4+ years experience in inside sales or equivalentStrong and broad familiarity with Laboratory Instrumentation and Associated Maintenance RequirementsStrong familiarity with Agilent’s Service Product Portfolio and comfort with communicating the CrossLab Value PropositionAgilent Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
