One of Addison Group’s law firm clients is seeking a Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys.

Candidate profile and qualifications
Experience in –
5-10 years of Cap Markets, Real Estate, GovCon experience
Must come from
mid-large sized law firms
with experience supporting multiple attorneys
Proficient in –
Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills –
personable, team-player, excited about a fast-paced role
Education –
BA/BS required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding client service through email, phone and in-person communications with clients.
Proofreading and reviewing all written work.
Preparing, collecting, and organizing of closing documents for client review and signature.
Scheduling meetings and conference rooms.
Assisting attorneys with compliance with firm billing and timekeeping requirements.
Reviewing and editing client bills and ensuring conformance with client billing requirements.
Managing attorneys’ travel portfolios, including making travel arrangements, maintaining travel profiles, and calendaring travel.
Maintaining attorneys’ bar and professional memberships.
Processing expense reimbursements.
