Job Description - Downstream Planning Leader (008YCJ)Position:
Downstream Planning Leader - 008YCJRoles and Responsibilities:Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast…)Manage the flow of raw materials and sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, and the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to the distribution centers/customers.Organize downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improve manufacturing supply chain performance.Run the Distribution Requirement Planning and Manufacturing Production Scheduling.Ensure the update, quality, and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (e.g., Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy).Contribute to the design and implementation of MPH according to SPS rules in accordance with LWS4.Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to SPS rules and update internal stock (kanban) parameters.Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP) process with other functions.Supervise waiting queue management and implement queue management with the methods engineer (IST4).Manage the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and lead continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal action plans.Monitor and improve downstream supply chain performance at the plant level.Maintain a continuous improvement approach for ISSR, BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time, DIN/NIN FG, UHS.Act as the key user for the department's information system.Be the Data-Owner of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Domain managing all data (creation, update, and deletion) to support Quality Processes on various tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools).Be Key-User of the SC&P Domain (SCM).Qualifications:Minimum 15+ years of export-oriented multi-country experience.Digital mindset.Global exposure to Secure Power / Industrial Autonomous business.Preferred internal & international experience.Experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning.Experience in Production Planning and MPP.Knowledge of Order Management.Familiarity with Kinaxis Tool and Oracle Tool.KPI-driven actions for customer satisfaction.B.E / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
