We are in search of an adept

Project Manager

to drive cross-functional program management for strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires experience in project management, overseeing the planning, distribution, execution and closing of projects within the organization.

This role involves coordinating all aspects of many organizational projects, which includes managing mean-time-to-market and results, establishing and monitoring the schedule, aiding marketing managers in defining the scope, and ensuring that all the details align with the project's overall objectives.

Collaboration with various business functions will be key along with the ability to manage mitigating risks and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting goals, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Possessing exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, the ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in cross-functional team settings. You'll closely collaborate with leadership, strategy, user experience, creative, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

You must be an exceptional manager who can carry a larger load, listen, ask questions, and provide clear and concise directions forward for the team. A collaborator who understands and cultivates the value and the unique perspectives others bring to the work and the dynamics of an organization.

What You'll DoMaster project and program management. Communications and delivery execution.Ensure we are actively managing all projects and work from a resourcing (internal and external), timeline, deliverable, quality, and budget standpoint using project management tools as necessary.Communicate project timelines, goals, and results effectively to key stakeholders.Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, strategists, sales, product, and creative teams, to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.Develop and maintain project adjustments, budgets, and resource plans, consistently monitoring progress and making needed changes.Create and refine all processes as needed to reflect any changing needs and expectations, new technologies and new areas of opportunity.Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving project-related challenges for successful delivery.Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Schedule kickoff meetings, weekly and monthly results and optimization meetings, manage process, and report summaries concisely.Write executive summaries.Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Manage resource availability and allocation, and handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Foster collaboration between internal teams for a unified approach to initiatives.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in end-to-end project planning, project management, workflow process, creating/managing schedules, outside production/sourcing, vendor management, developing/tracking budgets and internal communications. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.Proficiency in project management tools such as Teamwork, Click-Up, Monday.com, etc., and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage client relationships.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling project-related challenges.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred QualificationsDegree in business, project management, or a related field.Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and customer retention and marketing technology.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

USD 70,700.00 - 106,100.00 per year

CompensationCompensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

BenefitsThe Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
