Its focus is on encouraging best practices within the analytic development space, including dashboard & report creation, predictive model building, data pipelining, self-service toolset usage, and sharing interesting data stories with customers. This role is expected to interact heavily with internal analytics team members, but also be attuned to the strategic needs of customers in Sentara's integrated health system. The role requires a combination of broad technical expertise and consulting skills, with specific understanding of the data structures necessary to support advanced analytic implementations.Required Skills :Skills and tools that are necessary include, but are not limited to:Intermediate/advanced SQLPython and/or RPower BI and/or Tableau, or equivalent visualization toolsGit (and any supporting source control platforms like Github or Azure Repos)Healthcare content domainsAdditionally, the ideal candidate would have experience within any or all of the following:Epic Cogito tools (SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, etc.)Predictive modeling and machine learningCustom package/library development and deploymentEligibility Criteria:Bachelor's Degree required3 years experience in Data Analysis requiredSentara Overview:For more than a decade, Modern Healthcare magazine has ranked Sentara Healthcare as one of the nation's top integrated healthcare systems.
