LSU Health New Orleans is seeking to fill two Client Support Analyst positions with eager, motivated individuals who have provided great IT service as a top priority. These positions will ultimately report to the IT Project Coordinator and be a part of the School of Medicine Information Technology Team. This team provides software and hardware support for all Basic Sciences and Clinical Sciences departments, Centers of Excellence, and Administrative Sections of LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine.
This technical position is a member of the School of Medicine’s Information Technology staff and uses an in-depth understanding of Information Technology to provide support to the LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine Departments including hardware and software research, ordering, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for end-user devices and peripherals, servers, telecommunications and AV equipment. This position takes direction from a higher-level analyst or the School’s IT Project Coordinator and may provide knowledge and direction to lower-level analysts. The incumbent will work in coordination with the Department of Information Technology to support the initiatives of the University.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or other degrees relevant to the position.Experience:
IT Analyst 1: 0-1 year; IT Analyst 2: 2 years; IT Analyst 3: 5 years of relevant full-time professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
Information technology support in a large organization.
