DescriptionThis posting is for multiple openings of Mammography Technologist at Swedish First Hill Seattle, WA. Part-time and full-time positions are available.Hiring Bonus available for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence.This position is required to perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. Responsible for producing high quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Dependant on location, may be required to utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required Qualifications:Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)Upon hire: Washington Radiologic TechnologistUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart AssociationUpon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic TechnologistsWithin 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - MammographyDependant on location, prior general radiography experience may be requiredPreferred Qualifications:2 years Full-time mammography experienceWhy Join Providence?Our
