HeyGen's founding Strategic Account Manager is a self-motivated salespreneur responsible for expanding our footprint within our top existing customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex organizational structures, identify new opportunities, and drive significant growth without extensive resources. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and connecting the dots between different teams within an organization. If you're commercially minded, extremely resourceful, and love to network within large enterprises, this role could be great for you!Key Responsibilities:Account Expansion:
Identify and land additional business units within existing top accounts. Utilize a strategic approach to connect with different teams and grow the account base.On-site Engagements:
Conduct on-site visits to present Heygen’s value proposition to various teams within the organization.Revenue Growth:
Achieve a target of $xxxk/month in expansion revenue by identifying and securing new opportunities within existing accounts.Stakeholder Engagement:
Ensure that VP-level stakeholders are actively engaged in deals, providing feedback on product and messaging.Account Mapping:
Fully map out key accounts, identifying 2+ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targets within each business unit to initiate conversations.Product Feedback: Ensure customer feedback for multi-team enterprise deployments gets documented and communicated with Core PRD team.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.Demonstrated ability to expand accounts and achieve significant revenue growth.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with VP-level stakeholders.Strong organizational and account mapping skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.What HeyGen OffersIn-office culture (required 4 days/week in San Francisco, Financial District office).Competitive salary and benefits package.Dynamic and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Access to the latest technologies and tools.Salary Range:$180,000 – $240,000 annuallyPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
