Seeking a creative Graphic Designer to assist in design as we continue to scale. This person will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, marketing collateral, website visuals, and product packaging.About your role at Ready
Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing and branding materials, including website, landing pages, social media posts, brochures, posters, presentations, and digital ads.Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.Prepare final artwork for print and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality and impact of design work.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project objectives and deadlines.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A bit about you
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience may be considered.)3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant design software.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and production work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.About Ready
