Professionals who have about 3 years of full-time employment on mixed-use housing or residential projects We are a firm that works largely on local projects, with a high level of community engagement. We prefer education and experience that relates to the local community, environment and market. Experience and Responsibilities:
Strong sense of ownership of all work
Implement and improve office wide systems
Architectural role expectations similar to AIA Architect Level I
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience. Experience in local mixed-use projects preferred.
Desire to rapidly learn and grow professionally.
Experience in industry standard software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Bluebeam. Experience in new and emerging software a plus.
Positive attitude
Flourishes in a team environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
