Lead Veterinary Technician
to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.Sploot believes that every pet deserves high quality veterinary care whenever and wherever they need it. Lead the entire Technician and Assistant Team across a clinicSupport the development of our Medical Procedures and Standards of Care across the entire networkHelp us build a team of rock stars such as yourselfAct as the Lead Technician on the clinic’s floorLead the Clinic’s Staff training to ensure the highest level of care for our pets and their parentsSet an EXCELLENT example for our team of veterinary professionals; mentor, coach and empower the team to deliver the best care possible to our pets and their parentsLive by and spread the Sploot culture by encouraging flexibility and work-life balance, and providing the support required for team members to be happy and healthyWho you are:
Have at least 3 years experience as a veterinary technician in general medicine and/or surgeryEarned a Veterinary Technician certification/licensure (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) and have passed the VTNEYou are a team player, and always looking to collaborate with others in the organizationSuccessfully led teams in the pastYou’re excited about working with a team that is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary careYou are a bar raiser - always aiming for higher; and always being accountable for your own performance firstThrive in fast-paced environmentsYou are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously; you can delegate, prioritize, and take responsibilityYou’re as excited as we are about offering pets the best care possible whenever and wherever they need itWhat Catches Our Eye:
Experience in emergency medicine/urgent care medicineEarned a Certified Veterinary clinic Manager certification/licensureWhat we will provide you:
