2 years of business litigation experience
to join the
Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group
in its
Tampa office .Requirements:Substantial experience in
complex business litigation
within both
state and federal courts .Key responsibilities include
conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings, as well as conducting and defending depositions.Experience in
preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions is essential.Participation in
mediation, settlement conferences, negotiations, and experience with arbitration or trial preparation
is preferred.Well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated attorney
who excels in a
sophisticated and collegial environment
and is committed to advancing the long-term strategic goals of the Litigation Department.AmLaw 100 experience is highly desirable.Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
are required.J.D. from an ABA-approved law schoolMust be in good standing with an active membership in the Florida Bar.Interested applicants should submit a
