The company is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our growing team working on a number of P2E blockchain-powered games. The Senior Visual Designer will create visual thematics, concept mockups, interface layouts, iconography, and other themed visual assets for brand and marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Producers, Artists, and Designers in communicating as well as identifying high-quality visuals.
Responsibilities
Create best in class visuals across brand development and marketing initiativesParticipate in team ideation and planningProvide multimedia design support across campaignsStrong understanding of design fundamentals with a focus on typography, layout, and motionStrong understanding of art and design disciplines and their workflowsBe able to deliver feedback across all creative and art disciplines effectivelyPlan with teams, set expectations for development and workflow from ideation to final deliveryRequirements:
Minimum 5+ years experienceProven experience designing and developing brands and campaignsWorking knowledge of creating motion graphics in After EffectsStrong project management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AE, and other visual creation toolsDesired Qualifications:
Experience as a Visual Designer at a game studio or agencyExperience in world-building for games, film, or animationExperience with Unity, 3D software, illustration or matte painting tools
