Quill’s Inside Sales Site Developer Team is looking for inside sellers that are go-getters, confident, self-motivated and goal oriented. As an Inside Sales Site Developer, you will partner with our account managed team, who manage Quill’s largest customer base (both public and commercial sector), to call on deeply inactive or prospect customer locations to drive reactivation and conversion. This is a Hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week.

You must be an expert at multitasking and can assess customer needs quickly to pivot to a solutions-oriented approach that could include introducing our brand and/or the managed tier pricing program that the site is affiliated with. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to significantly impact the growth and development of inactive and new customers in the managed book of business.

What you’ll be doing:Make daily calls to Quill customers who have not placed an order in 13+ monthsMake daily calls to prospect locations that are affiliated with a managed customer entity (enterprise)Leverage order history, specialized customer offers and the value of Quill to place an order to reactivate the customer to meet monthly quotas and key metricsMaintain robust channel of communication between customers and account manager to articulate customer trends and pricing solution enhancementsCollaborate with sales specialists and support partners to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies, including furniture, technology, large value quote and print/promo opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including activity logs and pipelineSeek ways to constantly improve, absorb and apply manager and peer led coachingMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas & key metricsMake a highly positive impact on culture and team - work well with others, share learnings, build trust and lead by example

Qualifications:What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications1 year of related experiences in sales or service preferably in a business-to-business environmentAbility to navigate between multiple sales approachesProficient using Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)High School Diploma or G.E.D

What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications1-2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environmentProven ability to achieve sales role metrics; consistently meets or exceeds productivity goalsProficient using CRM tools, salesforce.com or a comparable sales/CRM toolBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
