We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow who is interested in 1-2 years of research experience in the Genitourinary Radiation Oncology Department at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. This opportunity is suited for candidates interested in building their research portfolio as they transition into a career in Radiation Oncology.

LEARNING OBJECTIVESThe expected tasks include but are not limited to:Clinical research in oncology, specifically prostate cancerClinical database building and managementSupport for clinical trial protocolsTime commitment: 1 year but possible extension for an additional year based on performance and fundingStrong work ethic is a mustPrior research experience is preferred but not requiredStatistical skills with familiarity with IPSS, SAS, or R are preferred but not required

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSEducation Required: Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate.

Experience Required: Five years of experience in scientific or experimental research work.

Preferred: With preferred degree, four years of required experience.

POSITION INFORMATIONMD Anderson offers full-time postdoc positions with a salary ranging from $64,000 to $76,000 depending on the number of years of postgraduate experience.
