Call Center Specialists
are responsible for proactively engaging with prospective customers; both inbound and outbound, to evaluate their current pest situation and assist in defining the appropriate plan of integrated pest management services. To support our customers and field locations, we have relocated our full-service inside sales center to Parsippany that will operate as a dedicated team to increase inbound outbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, and enhance the customer service experience.What You’ll Be Doing:Closing new business through inside sales to achieve budgeted goalsReceiving inbound and making outbound sales calls to prospective customers/clientsPresenting, proposing and selling the appropriate scope of pest management servicesHelping region/branch offices meet budget goals by setting appointments for all outside sales inspectorsScheduling client appointments for serviceInitiating outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new business appointments for our sales teamProviding backup administrative support to local branches and assisting with special account adjustmentsQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:If you are aggressive, self-driven and enjoy a busy environment where you can utilize your excellent communication skills and inside sales experience, WE HAVE THE CAREER FOR YOU!!!Requirements:High school degree or equivalent, Associates strongly preferredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent phone etiquette and highly professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiencyKnowledge of customer service principles and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work in a high volume, fast paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workersWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.Must be 18 years of ageSalary Range (including commission): $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (can exceed)Want to learn more about working here at Western Pest Services?
