Job Functions / Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Material, Labor and Overhead (MLO) studies, the internal approval process, and audit the invoicing trucks versus approved MLO levels.Interacts with Sales, Engineering, Accounting, PACCAR Parts, PACCAR Financial and other departments to ensure order invoicing accuracy on all truck deals.Coordinates and completes supplier/vendor rebate programs and other fleet sales initiatives. Includes leveraging available funds for prospective sales opportunities and monthly tracking and reporting.Interacts with Peterbilt Senior Management, General, Regional and District level Sales Managers.Leads and manages the Inside Sales and Fleet Sales Team. Coordinates engineering change orders and other vehicle change efforts and manages invoicing margin levels with coordination between Suppliers, Sales, Accounting and Marketing.Manages the Peterbilt/Kenworth Protected Accounts comparison process to avoid eroding PACCAR margins. Ensures the Protected Account list stays current and both divisions adhere to the process.Aids in the development of effective Marketing/Sales Programs and Strategies to maximize truck order intake and profitability.Strategically leads Green House Gas (Governmental Regulations) for Peterbilt and Kenworth, including analytics and audits to ensure all regulations are met. Develops strategic vision for future Green House Gas regulation rule changes and participates in government discussions on future rule making.Qualifications

5-10 years truck industry experience with dealer and internal sales organization contact.Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite, skilled in using MS Access and MS Excel for purposes of reading, manipulating and analyzing data.Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and work effectively/build relationships with a wide variety of people and functions.Strong ability to multi-task.Strong PACCAR business system knowledge.Demonstrated ability to gather facts and resolve problems in a positive and efficient manner.Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform time sensitive tasks with minimal supervision.Demonstrated supervisory experience.Education
