Silver Birch of Fort Wayne South has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Director to join the team! The Marketing Director is responsible for driving the community’s census and maintaining a pipeline for generating maximum revenue from occupancy and establishes the Silver Birch Living brand in the local market. What We Expect Of You

The primary purpose of this position is to increase occupancy by driving new leads and positive public awareness about Silver Birch Living of Kokomo. Well-qualified candidates will have experience in sales and a proven track record with metrics that demonstrate results achieved.Qualifications In Sales

Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred (i.e. hospital, skilled nursing, long term care, hospice, CCRC or home health)Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive businessExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentationsProven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationshipsComputer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferredQualifications In Marketing

Develop and implement an effective marketing planVisiting with referral sourcesHosting events at the Community for qualified prospects and referral sourcesMailing promotional information to prospectsSeek and build positive relationships with the surrounding community, particularly referral sources.Join community groups and attend meetings to build good will in the surrounding area; educate members about the Community, and develop positive relationships.Attend seminars, read books and publications, and participate in any company training for marketing and sales.Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)Computer savvy, familiar with sales programsTwo (2) or more years prior sales or public relations experience a plusDesire to work with older adults and their familiesComply with all state and federal regulations and Silver Birch policies pertaining to Residents’ accounts as it relates to Medicare, third party billing, etc.Must be willing to work flexible schedule for tours, appointments, and consultationsHeadquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Silver Birch Living was founded in 2017 and is dedicated to providing the best care, compassion, and customer service to seniors in our living communities.
