Job Description:Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our world-class team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) product portfolio to customers in various industries. This is a unique opportunity to work for a global leader in scientific solutions, enabling you to make a positive impact on a global scale.
Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and implement solutions to achieve sales targets.Cultivate strong relationships with customer accounts and engage with buying influencers across their organization.Lead the sales process from qualification to contract negotiation and closure.Devise and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve market share.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in analytical instrument markets, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.Equivalent experience in the sciences or a related field is also acceptable.Strong technical knowledge of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry product portfolio.Market knowledge and professional network.Ability to travel up to 70% to customer locations.
