Job Description:
The Social Media and Multimedia Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that promote Feeders Pet Supply's brand, products, and services. This role involves creating engaging multimedia content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and increase brand visibility
Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and stories
Produce high-quality multimedia content, including photos, videos, infographics, blogs, and other creative assets, tailored to each platform
Utilize social media tools and analytics to create, optimize, and evaluate content performance
Develop and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to make data-driven decisions for future strategies
Manage digital business listings
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, customer service, and operations, to align marketing efforts
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the retail or pet industry
Proficient in using social media platforms, management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content
Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Passion for pets and the pet industry is a plus
