Today, Java House is a leader in cold brew coffee with a strong food service and online business. We are looking to aggressively increase our presence in the office coffee space and have developed key strategic partnerships to help unlock the potential of this channel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Java House Brand Manager will be responsible for

1. Assessing the OCS market

2. Developing marketing strategies and plans

3. Implementing marketing plans

4. Measuring results and implementing continuous cycles of improvement.

Additionally, this role will ensure brand standards are followed and execute key initiatives to achieve growth targets. This role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure alignment of key priorities, campaign development and tracking of performance. The position will require collaboration with key cross functional partners and alignment of team members. We envision offices soon will have Java House single serve pods as part of their employee's beverage solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Assessment/Analysis

Stay updated on consumer trends, market dynamics and the competitive landscape. Utilize data driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations. Marketing Strategies and Plans

Develop marketing planning calendar to drive brand awareness, office loyalty and end account retention. Define product value proposition to deliver compelling sell story. Work with available analytical tools to develop market segmentation and identify opportunities. Marketing Plan Implementation

Lead localization of brand tactics in different regions, share best practices and learnings across sales team.

Support sales team in developing and executing go-to-market plans to drive brand growth, increase market penetration and build the Java House brand. Work with the sales organization fostering a collaborative high-performance culture. Ensure brand design, messaging consistency and on time delivery of asset needs. Develop and manage marketing budget to ensure efficient spending allocation. Measurement and Improvement

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments to achieve sales and acquisition targets. Keep leadership team informed of marketing plans and balance business objectives with stakeholder demands. QUALIFICATIONS

Track record of results from marketing strategies and plans Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate internally and externally Thought leadership to develop new market approaches and create followership for those approaches internally Passion for winning in the market through accelerated revenue and market share growth. Strong marketing skills, including expertise in go-to-market execution and brand development. Collaborative team-oriented mindset, be a respected leader within the broader organization. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize effectively. Consistently high execution and agility to quickly pivot based on changing business demands. Skilled in working with outside agency partners and in-house design team. Ability to manage efforts in a fast-paced environment and take charge Be a proactive learner and manage projects and teams with a sense of urgency. Demonstrate passion and creative growth mindset to explore new ways of thinking/challenge the status quo. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills. BS/BA in business, marketing or related discipline required. MBA preferred. 3-5 years previous experience, ideally with CPG or Office Coffee products background
