Position Overview:

The Commercial Surety Bond Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of surety bond accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial surety bonds, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to work effectively with underwriters and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surety bonds, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for surety bond inquiries and support.Account Development:

Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the surety bond portfolio, including new business development and cross-selling additional insurance products.Bond Issuance:

Oversee the bond issuance process, including the preparation, review, and submission of bond applications. Collaborate with underwriters to obtain approvals and ensure timely issuance.Risk Assessment:

Evaluate client risk profiles and financial stability to determine appropriate bond requirements and terms. Provide recommendations for bond limits and coverage.Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting surety bonds. Use this knowledge to advise clients and make informed business decisions.Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the smooth execution of bond-related activities.Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on account performance, bond activity, and market insights. Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve account management practices.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial surety bonds or a similar role within the insurance industry.Strong understanding of surety bond products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proven track record of successful account management and business development.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with insurance management software.What We Offer:
