Sales Operations Administrator Assistant

to provide sales operational support working cross-functionally. Develop tools, enhance CRM design and adoption (Salesforce automation), coordinate sales/marketing initiatives, and provide overall general sales support in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate sales processes, pipeline management, budgeting, and assist with annual retail planningReview and identify opportunities for existing sales processesLead the development of reporting tools and templatesPlan and execute sales training webinars, sales conferences, communicationsAssist regional manager with making informed, data driven decisions to effectively administer sales programsCoordinate on-boarding/off-boarding, data reconciliation*QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in sales, business, administration, marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years professional experience in a sales or related field (operations and/or marketing)Proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and ExcelStrong written and verbal skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionNICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS :Knowledge of SalesForceKnowledge of project managementAble to deliver formal presentations to internal and external customersCULTURE AND BENEFITS"Be Orange.
