What You'll Do:

Actively prospect and generate new sales and business opportunities within assigned customer territory and in support of Business Development DirectorSupport identification of cross-selling opportunities into other CTI business units including RWE, RSA and lab servicesFacilitate and attend introductory meetings with new prospective clients for CTI and support Business Development Sales Director in providing active follow-upConduct ongoing research for the territory you supportQualify and respond to website leadsSupport Business Development Sales Director in preparing for upcoming client meetings and Bid Defense MeetingsSupport review and triage of RFPs through internal CTI triage processSupport Business Development Sales Director in preparing information about CTI service offerings and experience in support of new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain excellent working relationships with key members of CTI’s clinical operational management and proposal/contracting teamDevelop and implement specific disease strategies to drive awareness, lead generation and opportunity identificationSupport client meeting efforts of Business Development Sales Director as they attend therapeutically focused conferencesLead and participate in bid defense meetings, including leading the preparations, strategies, and follow- up effortsWith direction from Business Development Sales Director, communicate with existing accounts and internal CTI representatives to ensure needs of accounts are being metContinuously monitor and update status of leads to ensure pipeline is maintainedCommunicate all account activity to sales leaders/CTI executives and maintain updates in CTI’s CRM system · Manage sales departmental metricsWhat You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or physical/life scienceSales experience (including account profiling, relationship development, needs assessment and account closing)1 year in pharmaceutical, clinical or related experienceAbout CTI
