Sr Manager, Partnership Sales t o play a key role in our organization. Playmaker works with marquee properties across professional sports, entertainment, media and lifestyle delivering innovative solutions to create integrated and meaningful partnerships. The comprehensive slate of consulting and sales execution services includes delivering athlete marketing rights, naming and venue entitlement positions, premier event partnerships, emerging media platforms, jersey sponsorships, and more.

The Role:Playmaker is looking to identify a Sr Manager, Partnership Sales to be an integral member of the team and drive growth across our entire portfolio of properties. They will be responsible for driving revenue through all available commercial inventory across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record in building effective partnerships, as well as an established reputation for driving commercial success through multi-property and multi-platform businesses.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for generating sponsorship revenue for clients [sports, entertainment, media & lifestyle properties]Lead all facets of the sales process, including strategy development, identifying new and emerging categories, prospect outreach, presentations, negotiating, and closing partnershipsCreate and enhance non-traditional revenue streams that lead to new monetizable commercial assetsManage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExecute effective corporate sales calls and presentations to meet established sales objectivesOversee and maintain relationships with right-holder clientsCreate sales plans to bring to market effectivelyManage and lead account sales team to implement the goals and objectives of the client/propertyRequirements:

4+ years of sponsorship sales experienceSuccessful track history of selling sports and/or entertainment sponsorshipsExpertise in identifying opportunities and developing strategiesInstitutional knowledge and deep understanding of the sponsorship industryExemplary problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsMust have a high degree of poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contactsBS/BA degree requiredProficient in MS SuiteSalesforce/CRM capabilitiesAbility to travel for applicable client and prospective sponsor meetings
