JOBSUMMARY
Primary customers are hospitals,commercial food processors, and various government agencies. Job requireslong hours while remaining DOT compliant. Set schedule, with 2 consecutivedays off. Night shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended-stays as needed. Theposition is primarily local, but candidates must be able to adjust to changesin schedules as needs arise. Under the supervision of the local TerminalManager the Bulk Driver position is responsible for the safe and efficientmovement of commercial motor vehicles owned and/or operated by The Company.Ultimately responsible for the safe and efficient handling of liquefiedOxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon gases to The Company customer locations andproduction facilities as assigned. This position reports to the TerminalManager.
JOBFUNCTIONS
EssentialFunctions
Essential Function
Safe loading and unloading ofcryogenic liquids (oxygen, nitrogen and argon.)
Practice safe driving techniques ona daily basis while operating Company vehicles to prevent of work-relatedaccidents and injuries.
Reporting of all accidents andunsafe acts/conditions (near misses) while performing normal duties.
Comply with all company andcustomer safety policies and procedures as well as company employmentpolicies and practices.
Understand all company standardoperating procedures, departmental work instructions, and local workinstructions that affect the performance of their duties.
Completion and submission of allrequired regulatory compliance and company documents in accordance withcompany policies and procedures.
Responsible for accurate and timelycommunication to appropriate individuals and/or departments concerningmatters involving customer service, scheduling delays, customer sitediscrepancies, equipment defects and other relevant issues to the operationsin general.
Develop a good working knowledge ofthe Xatanet communication system and the fleet advisor software programrequirements.
Must obtain and understandscheduling information from dispatchers and planners and adhere to scheduleinstructions.
Communicate scheduling delaysand/or unforeseen circumstances that could have an adverse impact on terminaloperations.
Maintain a professional appearanceand consistently demonstrate professional standards when performing duties.
Develop good working relationshipswith all Company Customers and maintain these relationships on a consistentbasis.
Must report for duty in a readinessto work at assigned time.

Able to work a flexible schedule toinclude: nights, weekends, holidays, extended-stays, and operations asneeded.

Able to operate delivery andloading equipment in all types of weather conditions.
