Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in operations management within our manufacturing facilities.

This program is specifically designed for graduating seniors or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations and starts July 2025.Program Advantages

First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities spending the first four months as an operations analyst assessing and improving the department they will supervise the remainder of the yearlong rotation.Second year members will be placed at another PCC location doing a similar sequence of rotations in a more complex setting.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as: Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree.Prior co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environmentClub, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle high stress associated with high activity, tight deadlinesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to exercise time management and prioritization skillsHigh level of interest in management, operations rolesMust be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident*Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in US only)Program Perks
