https://www.zenoti.com .Key Responsibilities:Performance Optimization:

Lead the design and implementation of performance tuning strategies for our .NET-based product and the underlying SQL Server databases. Utilize tools and techniques to analyze and enhance application performance, reducing latency and improving response times.Technical Leadership:

Guide and mentor a team of performance engineers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Monitoring and Analytics:

Implement and manage performance monitoring solutions on AWS to track application and database performance metrics. Analyze performance data and logs to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.Scalability and Reliability:

Develop strategies to ensure that the product can scale effectively to meet growing user demands. Collaborate with SRE on capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies to maintain high availability and reliability.Performance Testing:

Oversee the development and execution of performance testing plans, including load testing, single user testing, and benchmarking. Ensure that performance requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle and be responsible for certifying release from a performance standpoint.Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate with the Leadership team and provide regular updates on performance metrics, issues, and improvements. Be able to communicate and work with customers on ongoing performance issues.Required Skills and Experience:Expertise in .NET:

Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core, including application performance tuning, memory management, and microservices architecture.Advanced SQL Server Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of SQL Server performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and database design.AWS Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with AWS services related to performance monitoring and optimization, including CloudWatch, RDS, and EC2. Familiarity with AWS performance best practices.Performance Monitoring Tools:

Proficiency in using performance monitoring and profiling tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar. Should be able to use NRQL (or similar) to query the performance logs to isolate the problem areas and clients.Leadership Skills:

Proven experience in leading and managing a small team of performance engineers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.Design and Analytical Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex performance issues and develop effective solutions. Should be able to evaluate designs for scale and offer solutions.Communication Skills:
