Cal Poly Athletics is seeking qualified assistant coach applicants. The Assistant Coach is responsible for creating a team that competes successfully at the national level both athletically and academically. The position assists with overall supervision, organization, development and implementation of a nationally competitive intercollegiate program. All sports compete in the Big West Conference except Football (Big Sky Conference), Wrestling (PAC-12), Men’s Swimming and Women’s Swimming (MPSF). Women's NCAA Division I sports programs are: basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, cross country, indoor track and field, outdoor track and field, swimming and diving, tennis, golf and beach volleyball.
