Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar roleExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individualsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with various operating systems and software applicationsCustomer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with colleaguesBenefits
