Qualifications:Preferred : 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.Computer Skills: CRM, Google Suite, and Email proficiencyDetail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude toward life.Knowledge of HVAC codes and applications and proper electrical and HVAC safety.Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinates all documentation and permits relating to installation jobs.Verifies the accuracy of all paperwork relating to installation and IAQ jobs.Creation of new tickets for all jobs in Service Titan/dispatch system for crews.Scheduling of installations, inspections, follow-up visits, and permitting needs.Manage installation board and assignments for daily dispatch.Contact customers to confirm all information prior to installation.Contact customers after completion of installation to confirm information for closeout processes and paperwork.Liaise between customers and the installation department to address customer concerns, questions, and logistical coordination.Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and warehouse.Follow-Up on parts and warranty paperwork and update tracking.Prepares physical paperwork for installation jobs for teams and customers.Maintain internal calendars for job scheduling, team assignments, and organize accordingly.Serve as point of contact for outside vendors and subcontractors on jobs as needed.Collect, maintains, and submit timesheets by jobs and teams to submit to the installation manager.Communicate with all crews in the field to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and according to J&W 5-star standards.Other administrative and support duties as assigned.Why Work at J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing?
