Position Overview:The Franchise Business Coach position requires very strong communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with franchisees, be technically proficient to guide them on the day-to-day operations of an office, the ability to effectively train the franchisees on various topics, support the franchisees in understanding various sales and financials tools, be the communication and coordination hub between the home office and Franchisees and other tasks and responsibilities. Ultimately the Franchise Business Coach is to support the franchisees by providing brand awareness, training and systems that encourage our franchisees and their associates to realize their profit potential in an ethical and respectable manner.

Key Accountabilities:Manage Customer Relationships:

Oversee and nurture relationships with a portfolio of franchise accounts, providing personalized attention and support.Proactively Engage and Educate Clients:

Regularly engage with clients to provide education, support, and training tailored to their business needs.Collaboration for Successful Onboarding:

Work with Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, Tech Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new franchisees.Spearhead Strategic Initiatives : Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to enhance customer engagement and promote business growth.Identify Risks : Monitor for potential risks to client renewals and collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any concerns.Meet Franchise Owners/Teams:

Travel to franchisee locations to provide on-site support, conduct training, and address issues directly.Become a Product Expert:

Develop deep knowledge of the brand's products and services to build stronger client relationships and serve as a resource for clients.Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

GED or high school diploma requiredMinimum of two (2) or more years of industry experience requiredMinimum of five (5) or more year of sales experience requiredExcellent communication skills, with an outgoing personalitySelf-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently as well as in team settings, with a positive attitude and a team-player mentalityAbility to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, "start-up" like environmentExperience in-home service industries such as roofing, glass installation, spray foam, HVAC, painting, lighting, window coverings.
