About the role:
As a member of the Client Integrations team you'll be working on the systems that communicate with our clients, making sure they scale as the company grows, are flexible enough to adapt to changing needs, are reliable, performant and compliant.

Challenges for this team include scaling our software services without increasing operational load. It's an exciting time to join January's engineering team as we work on leveling up our platform to handle the increased growth and complexity we'll need for years to come.

Our compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000. We determine the final package by considering experience, applicable education and training, and relevant skills derived throughout our interview process.This role also includes a competitive equity package, giving you a chance to feel true ownership of your work.

- Shape the future. Perform thorough code reviews and manage technical debt to maintain a robust, scalable codebase that propels our products forward

- Lead major projects. Tackle complex projects, deliver impactful solutions, and bring your ideas to life while aligning with our company goals
- 2-5 years experience as a software engineer
- Have lead the planning and execution of complex projects
- Enjoy and thrive in an environment of collaboration
- Have experience or a strong interest in building and designing back-end systems
- Optional experience working in a distributed systems environment and/or building data pipelines
