Job Description

The Connected Commerce Payments organization is a team of highly talented product leaders focused on delivering innovative and secure payment experiences and platforms. We're transforming customer experiences, simplifying the ways we do business, and driving toward product excellence.

As a Senior Product Associate in the Payments team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise to partner with stakeholders in Product, Technology and Operations teams across the firm to identify opportunities and ideate solutions to solve wire operational, control and customer experience issues, create the strategy for deploying these solutions, and hold partners accountable for executing these enhancements.

This role will focus on making a significant impact in the products integrity, and ultimately customer experience, by ensuring we are treating customers fairly and meeting our regulatory obligations across the End-to-End Wires Customer Experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Create and manage End-to-End Control Reporting Dashboard for tracking product health across the firm
  • Identify weaknesses in End-to-End framework and develop actionable solutions
  • Work with analytics team to develop and manage KPIs and control monitoring activities
  • Present leadership updates on status of overall framework
  • Ensure framework is in adherence with firms policies and standards
  • Oversee and provide leadership updates on audit activity within the End-to-End framework
  • Manage and report on product initiatives with control and compliance related impacts
  • Serve as the point of contact for coordinating issues and action plans for End-to-End framework
  • Assist in driving Objectives and Key Results (OKR)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, control management, project management,
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions in a complex organization
  • Experience in managing a successful control environment, including audits and external regulatory reviews
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, make recommendations and communicate them effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management organization in a fast paced environment
