Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Multimedia Designer with a strong background in performance marketing to join our creative team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with extensive experience in video production and graphic design to lead the creation of compelling video advertisements for TV, YouTube, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior designers and marketing teams to develop impactful, strategy-backed, video content that drives conversion and supports key marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Drive performance marketing initiatives through the creation of video content designed to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
• Implement performance marketing best practices and tested strategies to the table
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality video advertisements for TV and digital platforms, including YouTube, social media, and company websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives, target audience demographics, and brand guidelines, ensuring that video content effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our audience.
• Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit raw footage, add graphics, text overlays, animations, and special effects, and enhance overall visual appeal.
• Incorporate graphic design elements, including typography, color, and layout, to create visually compelling video assets that adhere to brand standards and marketing campaign themes.
• Manage all aspects of the video production process, including pre-production planning, post-production editing, and final delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production, graphic design, and performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge and enhance creative output.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for video content, including views, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to inform future content strategy and optimization efforts.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in film production, digital media, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6-8 years) in video production with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video advertisements and graphic design work.
• Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of creating video content that drives measurable marketing results.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
• Strong storytelling abilities with the ability to develop compelling narratives and translate concepts into engaging video content.
• Excellent knowledge of video production techniques, including sound design and post-production editing.
