Our product-led growth (PLG) model has allowed us to rapidly expand our customer base across the United States. As we accelerate our growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced VP of Sales.

About the Role

This is a high profile role within the company, reporting to the CEO. As the VP of Sales, you will lead our sales initiatives, both inbound and outbound, to drive revenue and company growth. You’ll be excited about scaling a high volume, high velocity business.

We are looking for a strategic leader with a hands-on approach who can not only develop high-level strategies but also actively engage in executing these plans. You will play a critical role in shaping our sales processes, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance both inbound and outbound sales efforts in the employee rewards market.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a sales team focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and execution.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention by understanding market trends and customer needs.
  • Work with CEO and COO to prioritize and execute market expansion and entry for additional verticals beyond employee rewards.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, adapting strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Lead by example, with a willingness to directly engage in sales activities and negotiations to secure key deals.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in a fintech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a bootstrapped or growth-stage environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to foster long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering. An MBA or related Masters is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary+bonus+equity package [For NY applicants - the base compensation package ranges from $150,000-$200,000 + substantial quarterly bonuses + equity].
