Compensation Range:
$125,000 -$250,000.00 annual salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. - Serves as the point person in determining the prospect's needs and meeting them through the seamless delivery of the bank's products, services, and associated resources.
- Develops profitable customer relationships within the healthcare market segment by coordinating all sales and service efforts.
- Responsible for optimizing all customer relationships, including developing revenue growth through generation and cross selling of all applicable bank products including deposits, loans, capital markets, treasury management, and other services in all Huntington segments to customers.
- Possesses proficiency in credit fundamentals and is able to determine the appropriate risks on new and prospective customers and transactions so that all relationships are entirely in strategic alignment with the risk profile of the bank, including all front-end guidance.
- Help coach and mentor colleagues to develop their sales and credit skills with larger more complex relationships. Work collaboratively with our Portfolio Management and Credit teams.
- Retain and deepen assigned relationships via compelling ideas and insights in concert with product partners. .
Requisite Skills and Job Experience:
- Strong and proven credit and sales skills (over 5 years), particularly with larger and more complex companies within healthcare industry
- Proven deepening skills with multiple fee -based products
- Proven track record in winning new relationships
- Solid team player with strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Ability to differentiate based on strong relationship building skills as well as offering deep, compelling and actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Internal success drive and ability to manage success and challenges
- Adaptable and flexible self- starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to execute strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years' experience in commercial lending, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
- Proven sales acumen and experience in commercial lending
- Series 79 and 63 licensed, or willingness to obtain
