Job Description
• Overall experience of about 8-12 years in Hi-tech / Automotive / Construction Equipment / Industrial Machinery industry in After Sales Service and warranty management. Experience in management and strategy consulting is desirable.
• Should have worked on or been a part of large business transformation initiatives with respect to service transformation and warranty strategy.
• Advise leading global manufacturing clients on warranty management strategy, service contracts, supplier recovery and product quality improvement initiatives
• Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle - business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
• Articulate and architect industry specific business solutions
• Guide technical teams in solution design and implementation
• Lead Solution stream as part of advisory assignments / projects for leading manufacturing clients (industrial, auto, process or aero manufacturing clients)
• Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent Our client.
• Experience in working with key technologies ( SAP, Pega) in warranty area is highly desirable
• Experience in building and deploying advanced analytical tools in warranty business with various technologies (E.g. SAS, SPSS etc)
• Reporting into head of CEM value engine / Warranty Center of Excellence for Customer Experience Management
• Function as Warranty Business Consultant / Functional Consultant with experience in the following:
o Hands-On with experience on 3+ end to end warranty implementations
o Experience in delivering end to end implementation solution - business blueprinting, design and configuration, guiding technology and UI/UX teams, user acceptance testing and global roll outs
o Certification in Pega Warranty and/or analytical tools would be a plus
o Exposure to warranty implementation in agile methodology
Responsibilities:
• Define warranty roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients
• Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects
• Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in Our clients' ecosystem
• Lead RFP responses and contribute
• Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative. Ability to lead Technical discussions during workshops.
• Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing.
• Build connects with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key Industry forums and publish thought leadership articles
Qualifications:
• Experience in Warranty and Service transformation initiatives
• Experience in deploying advanced analytical tools in warranty
• Experience in Pega warranty would be a plus
• Knowledge of various enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
