The Global Supply Chain team is targeting Sr. Consultants or Principals for this opportunity.

What You'll Do
  • Create the future of logistics and distribution through innovative thought leadership and solutions.
  • Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize network performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with clients to innovate and transform their current business models and customer fulfillment experiences using emerging technologies.
  • Use interviews, workshops and insights from data to diagnose opportunities to deliver business value quickly.
  • Execute across disciplines - analytics, technology, process and op model design - to create holistic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to drive sales opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Travel requirement: 30%

What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience with Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Network Design, Inventory Optimization, Technology Product Management.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics industry, with a background in consulting or working with third-party logistics providers.
  • Experience implementing and/or utilizing logistics and distribution systems (TMS, WMS, OMS and other logistics solutions) such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, E2Open, etc.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple initiatives and cross-functional teams to sustainably improve supply chain performance or deliver new supply chain capabilities; experience leading a consulting team in a client environment a plus.
  • Experience in one or more of the following key industries: Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Technology, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive.
  • Ability to simply communicate and lead across levels: C-Suite, Management, Operator.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as seasoned judgment.
  • Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
  • Advanced understanding of supply chain operating models in key industries including processes, operational trade-offs, technologies, data, metrics, roles & responsibilities.
  • Track record of building and delivering presentations that clearly and simply communicate complex ideas, quantitative insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Agile delivery experience, data & analytics knowledge, and change management skills are a plus.
