About the team
Welcome to the content understanding and generation team of e-commerce algorithms, where we spearhead multi-modality models on visual understanding and visual generation. Our team is dedicated to enhancing clients' shopping experience by developing AIGC algorithms in the field of e-commerce, such as e-commerce content understanding and trendings, product creativity generation, generation and optimization of product materials, virtual try-on, e-commerce video generation and editing. We aim to provide the complete AI solution for the e-commerce industry, and use technology to subvert the entire industry chain.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for exploring cutting-edge technologies such as computer vision, AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), and multimodal machine learning in the field of content commerce.
- Responsible for applying technologies such as AIGC in the field of content commerce, empowering various aspects of e-commerce such as product creativity generation, generation and optimization of product materials, virtual try-on, e-commerce video generation and editing.
- Responsible for optimizing and iterating CV (Computer Vision)/multimodal/AIGC-related models, including image/video understanding, image/video generation/editing, and other advanced technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with excellent programming skills and proficiency in C/C++/Python.
- Familiar with model training frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch, understanding of mixed precision training, distributed training, TensorRT deployment, etc.
- In-depth research in a specific area of computer vision/multimodality,including but not limited to
- multimodal generation, such as text-to-image/video/3D generation and editing, and other related multimodal experiences
- image generation, video generation, 3D generation;
- diffusion model, GAN, transformer for generation tasks.
- large-scale training, RLHF, and generative AI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong practical skills, priority given to those who have published papers in related competitions and top academic conferences.
- Experience in e-commerce or multimodal/AIGC, including image and video understanding, generation, etc.
- Good learning ability, excellent communication skills, strong responsibility, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
