BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in IT. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in IT.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

- Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas.
- Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
- Collaborate with client and third-parties to develop technical solutions to support business processes.
- Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
- Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives, including design and build activities.
- Timely identify risk of escalations, and identify alternatives for development of technical and functional approaches.
- Participate in decision-making and act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

- Delivering integration solutions by completing activities in design, build, and test phases.
Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Performing Workday integrations and Workday integration implementations; and
- Utilizing modern integration technologies including EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, and middleware to connect source and target systems, transmit data, and automate processes.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically up to approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
