Business and Integration Architecture Specialist (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business and Integration Architecture Specialist in New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas.
  • Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
  • Collaborate with client and third-parties to develop technical solutions to support business processes.
  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
  • Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives, including design and build activities.
  • Timely identify risk of escalations, and identify alternatives for development of technical and functional approaches.
  • Participate in decision-making and act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in IT. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in IT.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Performing business analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting impacted systems and users;
  • Gathering business requirements, analyzing requirements, and translating requirements into solution designs; and
  • Delivering integration solutions by completing activities in design, build, and test phases.

Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
  • Performing Workday integrations and Workday integration implementations; and
  • Utilizing modern integration technologies including EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, and middleware to connect source and target systems, transmit data, and automate processes.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically up to approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the New York Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $151,600.00 per year.
