Lyra Technology Group is looking for a sales leader to step in as Head of Sales for one of their operating companies, Secure Network Administration, headquartered in Durham, North Carolina.

Secure Network Administration is a North Carolina company established in 2005 supporting companies all over the US and Canada, founded on the principle of delivering secure, efficient, friendly, and professional technology services and support.

Leveraging best-in-class security software, IT asset management tools, and highly skilled engineers, Secure Network Administration provides reliable, experienced, and trusted business IT support. We can help you whether you have no IT staff or have IT staff that want to focus on other tasks.

We provide ongoing technology guidance and strategy as the business grows or changes. We offer onsite and offsite user and equipment support, remote monitoring, and patching to keep equipment trouble-free. We also provide security and a daily help desk for users.

Your work as the Business Development Manager includes several components:

1.Transitioning the organization away from founder-led sales- Business owners typically sell to us because they want to retire, this is where you come in.

2.Professionalizing the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.

3.Player / coach- Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage.

4.Run cross-functional growth campaigns- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth. However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together. You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaigns.

5.Business partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO's right-hand man. Formulate overall business strategy and execute.

6. Managed Service Provider Sales experience- Previous experience selling in an MSP environment is preferred.

7.SecureNA is in Durham, NC- experience with this market is preferred
