Collaborate with talent acquisition team on filling and moving passive candidates into the Talent Acquisition team work-stream.Partner with Sr. Talent Advisor, Operations Specialist to place and onboard direct hire, temporary and temporary to perm staff presented by external recruitment agencies. Communicate needs with agencies and servce as a liasion between hiring managers and the agencies for the purpose of vetting and onboarding candidates. In collaboration with hiring managers, partake in intake calls with agencies to aide in identifying ideal candidatesSupport the Educational Partnerships Manager/HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition leadership on maintaining partnerships with vocational schools and other educational insitutions as needed. Act as a liaision between vocational schools, talent acquisition and the hiring manager to identify co-op opportunities within the health system and recruit and onboard students. Ensure compliance of employer documentation. Provide Site Tours to interested students in collaboration with the schools and Educational Partnerships Manager, attend job fairs and other school events as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of related knowledge and experience required.Minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience is required. Experience sourcing for healthcare professionals (Example: RNs and allied health professionals) is preferred.Fully adept search capabilities with proven sourcing/recruiting experience and skills, including conducting research, creating Boolean search strings, networking, cold-calling, and utilizing a variety of internet sourcing tools.A high level of computer skills including knowledge of various software packages (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.) are required.Duties require being or becoming highly knowledgeable of Southcoast Health including serving as a resource within areas of own position responsibilities.Efficient organizational skills with an eye for attention to detail.Experience partnering with recruitment agencies and educational institutions as an employer for the purposes of recruitment/hiring and placements is preferred.Must live in Massachusetts or Rhode Island to be considered.

Pay Range:USD $36.13 - USD $60.76 /Hr.
