H&N Electric, a division of Timken Motor & Crane Services, is currently seeking a Senior Territory Account Representative to support operations for the Pasco, Washington site. The role of this position is to perform outside sales and sales management of new industrial motors and industrial motor repairs in a territory that primarily encompasses parts of Montana and Northern Idaho. We are looking for a self-starting, highly motivated individual that is results oriented with the drive to succeed both individually and as part of a team, who has the ability to maintain and grow the territory. The ideal candidate will reside in Montana. This opportunity is home based when not on the road, with expected travel to be 50-75%+ of the time on average. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for commercial and contractual input into bid preparation and support, as well as collaboration and cooperation with the proposals team for successful bid submissionPlan, schedule, and make sales calls to new and existing customersMeet company objectives for product sales and profitability in the assigned territoryCreate and execute plans to retain and grow the existing customer baseCoordinate the sales efforts to assure customer inquiries are handled in a professional, efficient, and timely mannerMaintain existing product sales, while assisting to formulate new product line strategy to assure market growthDisplay an entrepreneurial spirit and adjust to market demandsManage time and priorities for maximum efficiency using available resources, while performing a multitude of tasks, and meeting deadlinesVisit customers and quickly assess needs, follow-up, and convert customer opportunities into profitable salesPerform within a team environment, take charge and work independently when required, and interact with all levels of customers, vendors, and internal teamsPossess or gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's capabilities, services, and productsMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in industrial motors, power generation, or industrial sales required OR a minimum of 10 years of experience without a degreeStrong electrical, mechanical, and sales aptitudeGeneral knowledge of industrial sales; industrial motor sales, preferredGeneral knowledge of the industrial motors industry requiredProficient in Microsoft 365/Office SuiteExperience with CRM softwareWilling and able to travel at least 50% of the timeKey Attributes
