Level 1

2 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR4 years' applicable experience with associate degree

Level 3

Level 4

Target Digital Network Analyst

Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leadsEnsure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target informationMaintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysisIdentify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gapsEmploy multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprintsApply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missionsBe part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertiseApply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insightsDistill, document, contextualize and share your findings-including any new tradecraft that you develop-with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
