Description:Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Knowledge of basic computer skillsand general office procedures. Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Ability torelate and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents verbally and written.Ability to take attendance, count snacks, bill, and maintain account balances. Analytical andorganizational skills. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Ability to handle conflict. Knowledgeof the techniques and procedures used in working with the student population. Ability to plan and/or implement instructional and fun activities.
Job Summary:To organize, manage and ensure that all the students have daily activities, and theiraccounts are not in the negative. Supervise staff at the site and implement a schedule.
Qualifications:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in financial and accounting procedures.3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in school-age day care setting, teachingfield, camp setting, social services, or other related activities.4. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.

Salary Information: Confidential/Managerial. Pay Grade B. One hundred ninety six days worked per year (10 months). FLSA Exempt.
