Description

The Practice Administrator will be responsible for managing practice operations, financial management, human resources, and strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, healthcare management experience, and a passion for women's health.

Responsibilities:

Practice Operations Management:

Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and facility management. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.Financial Management:

Develop and manage practice budgets, financial forecasts, and revenue targets to achieve business goals and profitability. Monitor practice financial performance, including revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, and expenses.Human Resources Management:

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise administrative staff, clinical staff, and support personnel. Develop and implement employee policies, performance management systems, and staff development programs.Strategic Planning and Business Development:

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support practice growth, expansion, and sustainability. Identify opportunities for business development, partnerships, and collaborative ventures to enhance practice viability and competitiveness.Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and accreditation standards for healthcare facilities. Implement quality assurance measures, performance improvement initiatives, and risk management strategies to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.Patient Relations and Customer Service:

Oversee patient relations and customer service initiatives to ensure a positive patient experience and high levels of patient satisfaction. Address patient complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and implementing improvements as needed.Health Information Management:

Oversee medical records management, health information technology, and electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure accurate and secure documentation of patient care.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a medical practice or healthcare facility setting.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve practice goals and objectives.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and practice operations.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality assurance standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care, promoting women's health, and supporting the mission and values of Women's Health Arizona.
