Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreementsResearch, evaluate, and set expectations for prospective suppliers for new businessBuild and maintain good relations with suppliersHandle and manage negotiating contracts with suppliersDevelops requests for quotations and proposals, analyzes supplier responses, negotiates and awards contracts, and manages post award supplier activitiesInterfaces with internal and external customers and suppliers\Manages post award supplier activities including updating suppliers profile and required documentationManages inventory levels, simulation, modeling forecasting data, and supplier performanceMonitors customer inventory demand and material assets to optimize total supply chain planningIncorporates planning decisions from customers and suppliers to reduce material and product variability, and arrive at optimal solutionsAbility to communicate and track program change as flowed down by Prime/CompanyIntegrated Product Team representation and supportChange ManagementTracking affordability/trade studiesPerforming BOE (Bases of estimate)/Estimating tasksKnowledge and support of P&L activitiesAbility to be decisive in complex problem solving

Qualifications
